The problem with any kind of technology – video cameras included is no sooner do you make up you mind to buy it, then something newer and “better” comes along!
It is this challenge of trying to be current that keeps many agents away from doing video all together.
Why?
Because they don’t want to make the wrong purchase.
Flip, Kodak, Canon etc. – so many names and oh so many choices – what should you buy?
In this video I address all that by offering some simple yet proven suggestions that I know you will find helpful.

That Interview Guy®
Great Video Michael.
Can you remind me again where to get that wide angle lens for the playtouch? Does it have a specific model number?
Thanks in advance!

Michael, Is there a method and or software that you recommend to make a walking tour more smooth? I am still in the practice stage and the videos I have tried show every step I take and do not flow smoothly.
Thanks
Hey Wayne,
There is software that helps to eliminate shakiness but it is an add-on to already expensive editing software.
The easiest thing to do would be use a tripod and do simple pans (up/down, side to side) of a room.
The other option if you want to do walking tours is to get a mono-pod (approx. $50) This way you and the camera will be
in step when you walk.
Hope this helps!

Hey Marty,
I purchased mine for about $20 on Amazon.ca
If you head over to the Kodak site under “Play Touch” and then “accessories” you see a number of lens that Kodak offers for about the same price.
