Thanks for another great conference Mike. I told my sellers that we were going to do a video of their home and they got so excited and I got nervous thinking I would not remember everything you taught us! SO I am anxiously awaiting the DVD I just bought on your website. And in the meantime I am going to review the notes! Thanks!

Awesome tips. Positive energy is cituagoons and Gloria’s story should be an inspiration to Real Estate pros who don’t believe that social media marketing is worth their and effort.I guess Realtors need to set themselves free for the short-term transaction mentality and understand that social media works slowly but surely.On social media, a home buyer maybe asking a question today but he would be interested in hiring a Realtor 6 months later. The socially active Realtor (as in Gloria’s case), who is readily available answer the prospect’s question thoroughly and promptly, will instantly gain prospects trust. The key here is to understand that people are screening agents online and comparing between them. So the smart thing to do is to offer genuine help to prospects, WITHOUT expecting overnight sales. That’s it.Great interview. I will share it for sure. Thank you for this healthy does of inspiration

Hey Barry,
First of all 90% of what is going to be presented Is by Canadian Realtors unlike the majority of US dog and pony shows that travel north of the border.
I welcome any legitimate organization that is trying to help us get better at what we do especially if CREA does not have the where with all to do it for us.
Realtors are tired of the same old crap served on a different plate – that’s why BarCamps are so popular – because it’s fellow agents sharing with other agents, what Is working vs. pitching the latest bobble or bead.

I agree with Chris. Great topic but I am 100% against NAR being in Canada in any guise. Our REALTORS compared to typical American REALTORS are way out in education, sophistication. CREA is not that pro-active. Really hate to see NAR gain a foothold here.

Great comment and so true. The industry mindset has to evolve to sacrificing the short term need for the long term gain of the customer.
