In this video interview Seth Dailey shares his philosophy on how to build better clients and relationships through the use of client parties and special gatherings.
Seth Dailey leads The Dailey Real Estate Group of RE/MAX American Dream in Baltimore MD.
We caught up with one another at the Cyber Star Summit which was held outside of Scottsdale Arizona to shoot this video interview.
What is really ironic is the fact that here we were for three days learning and sharing what top agents across the country are doing to leverage technology, yet this strategy that Seth shared was old school values. … about building long lasting relationships with your clients.
I think all too often we forget that technology is a tool we are suppose to leverage to get in front of more people so that we can build relationships.
And when it comes to relationship building Seth and his team are masterful.

Thanks for another great video to remind us to not forget the personal touch needed with our past, present and future clients. Who doesn’t love a party!
Hey ShirLee,
Thanks for the comment!
The real question is … How Do We Get Invited to some of these great free eats gatherings LOL??
All Good Wishes,

Great video Michael. I have to tie a string on my finger and remember that it’s not just about technology. Get togethers, parties, movies, simple but highly effective stuff.
I want more of this type of videos!
Hey John,
I have a ball of twine heading your way and more videos coming soon.
All Good Wishes,
michael krisa
Seth and Michael are absolutely right about the idea that technology helps us ‘engage’ with a greater number of people, but it’s just part of the equation. There’s nothing like getting face to face with clients and potential clients and Seth clearly points out that there are unlimited ways you can make that happen in a fun and non-threatening way. Great stuff guys…
This is a great post. Good Job Seth…I started having client appreciation brinches in 2000 and it is one of the best markeing tools out there for me. I have people ask me”If I send yhou a referral or let you sell my house will I be invited to your brunch.” Cool thing for me is that it is last Sunday of the month of October every year same place same time.
