As a REALTOR/Staging Specialist I have already set myself apart from most of my area agents. This video gave me another idea in which to really pursue that niche market - thanks!

Julie is a master of marketing and she has distilled the key. FOCUS.

Agents can earn from many segments of the market, but not by trying to reach them all, or, more likely, by ignoring them all because of the pressure of decisions.

Using PROSPECTS PLUS materials in a pre-meditated marketing program will bring rewards beyond the investment.

All the pro's know that as soon as you start prospecting Owners, the Buyers call. And when you hold an open house, you'll likely get a call in from a sign. Why? Because activity precedes productivity.

Julie makes the important point that planning should precede the activity.

So use READY, FIRE, AIM. Or use FIRE, AIM, GET READY. But do something good with active marketing.

Thanks, Julie and Michael. Well said.
